Terms of service

These terms govern use of the WhatsX platform. Using the service means accepting them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
1. The service
We provide an operating space for managing permitted WhatsApp numbers within the agreed plan's limits. The service is provided as described by that plan, and no account is created without a human review.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
The service may not be used to send unsolicited messages, to impersonate anyone, or for any purpose contrary to law or to WhatsApp's own terms. Breaching this puts the space at risk of suspension.
4. Plan and limits
Number, user and other limits are set by the plan. Exceeding a limit may stop an action until the plan is upgraded or the term ends.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend a space on a material breach or where other subscribers are at risk, telling you why. You may end the subscription at any time.
