This policy sets out what data we collect, why, how it is kept, and what rights you have over it. It covers this site and the operating spaces we provide to subscribers.
1. What we collect
When you send a subscription request we collect: your name, company name, email, phone, country, expected number count, team size, use case and preferred contact method, along with any notes you write. Nothing else is collected from this site.
2. Why we collect it
For one purpose: reviewing the request and contacting you about it. This data is not used for unsolicited marketing, is not sold, and is not shared with a third party for their own purposes.
3. How long it is kept
A request is kept while it is under review or while the relationship lasts, then deleted. You may ask for deletion sooner at any time.
4. Who can see it
A small number of our staff whose work requires it. Access is protected by scoped permissions and two-step verification, and every access is attributed.
5. Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. We respond within a reasonable time, and may ask for something confirming the request is yours.
